D&P Music, founded by flutist Desislava Dimitrova-Pawlas and cellist Szymon Pawlas in February 2019, is based in London, United Kingdom. The ensemble specialises in contemporary music and embraces a variety of nationalities, cultures, and musicians, inviting them to participate in a range of musical groups, from duos to trios and beyond.
In May 2019 D&P Music had its debut concert at the Bulgarian Cultural Institute in London. Since then D&P Music has performed on various occasions such as the Coffee Concerts at the Polish Social and Cultural Association and participated in festivals such as The Day of Slavonic Literature and Culture at the Golden Square in Soho, London.
As supporters of numerous charitable causes, D&P Music has collaborated with international artists and performed in venues such as the Space Oddity Hall at Google, Millfield Theatre, and St Charles Centre for Health and Wellbeing in London.
Dessy and Szymon are honoured to include in their repertoire two works composed and dedicated to them - CORSO - divertimento for flute and cello composed by Belgian composer Wilfried Westerlinck and Bolwarra for flute and cello by the Australian composer Alex Palmer.
The rest of the D&P Music repertoire consists of Baroque, Classical and Romantic works as well as arrangements of Folk music for flute and cello duos.

Dessy is a Bulgarian-born freelance flutist living in London dividing her time between performing, teaching, and workshops.
As a performer, Dessy is a founding member of D&P Music formation where she performs with the cellist Szymon Pawlas and various guest artists.
Dessy is an international artist and has collaborated with soloists and conductors worldwide. As a member of symphonic and opera orchestras, she has performed at stages such as the Mozarteum Salzburg, Austria, and has participated in prestigious festivals such as Solothurn Classics, Switzerland, and Cremona International Music Academy and Festival, Italy. Currently, Dessy is a principal flute at the Retrophonica Chamber Orchestra and the Pavilion Ensemble in London, United Kingdom.
Alongside performing, Dessy is passionate about teaching, and enthusiastic to help any age and level. Currently, she is involved with organisations such as the London Music Center and Every Child a Musician in London, United Kingdom.
